Present Practice Analysis

Our Present Practice Analysis will enable us to analyze your sponsor acquisition practices and compare them with the practices in the industry to help you fine tune your sponsorship acquisition efforts – we will work with you to develop a SWOT analysis for your team and its sponsorship efforts (SWOT = Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats Analysis). Once we have analyzed your team, we will then report to you on the changes you can make and how we can help further your sponsor search – this service is provided for a one-time charge and depends on the size of your team and budget as well as the projected time involved in performing the analysis – generally, for major league sports teams the cost is $4,000 to $6,000 and for small teams $2,000
